"location is great 5 mins walk from town"

"Had to ask both days for our room to be cleaned, was told on the first day that we needed to leave the, "please clean the room card" on the outside of the door, done this the next day, still room not cleaned, no electricity to the sockets when we arrived, can't operate the tv correctly as they have fitted frames that block the signal, no hair dryer, asked twice, gave up To be honest Chris the manager is a nice guy but, the place is being run on a shoe string, and the cleaning staff just can't be bothered. It's a shame as the decor is stunning "

We were in and out of the hotel a number of time due to appointments and every time we walked down the corridor, there were plates and glasses left outside people room, some there for over a day which does not look great. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night, food was poor standard and it took a long time to come out. Drinks took a long time too. "
