I will definitely stop here again next time I’m in Birmingham. The staff helped me with a personal issue I had with total empathy and support. Special thanks to Dean. Room was spacious and they had a late bar. Broad Street and City Centre Birmingham are all within 10 minutes for the average walker. Thanks again for a great stay.

Clean and well set out room, friendly quick check in and out, and great to have breakfast included - and it was a good breakfast with choice for the vegetarian and vegan. The only minor gripe was the lack of sound-proofing between the bathroom and bedroom.

Booked a standard room on website, accompanied by a picture of a double bed. Any human being would expect a double bed. Get allocate a twin room on arrival and told that’s how it works by a robotic person on reception who was only trained in rhetoric. I have not slept in a single bed for 40yrs and I was unable to sleep a wink that night. For the price of the room, I would not have expected to see dirty bed sheets, which I had. And finally, the room aircon didnt work and seemed stuck on a hot as hell setting. The instructions next to the control panel was not actually for that control panel! One of the worst rooms and experiences I had in a lot of years. That’s from someone who works away and stays in hotels every week.
