Easy to get to from New St, the rooms are a little dated but overall a good experience. Also at the front desk the reception staff are 10/10 friendly and kind. The meeting rooms are great and again the staff were helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work.

The room was quiet, spacious and clean. I found the staff very nice, welcoming and polite. It was very easy to park the car in the hotel's large underground car park. Walkable distance to city centre. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Overall all good. It's in a handy area and the staff are friendly. I was able to store my luggage for free without any hassle. The room was clean and tidy, and there was everything that I needed. The only thing is that although I feel a bit cold in the room, I couldn't turn on the heating system.
