"Great value and 5 minutes walk to carpark. Roof sky bar on 25th floor is very good with fantastic views !!!!!! When it’s open!!!!! Came back from a show at the Hippodrome Theatre (15 minutes away) and the bar was closed, this was 11pm on a Thursday evening. Not happy and nowhere else to go locally."

"Safe very convenient location to stations, centre and 02 Academy. Mini Tesco and Sainsbury also in walking distance. Had a standard room which was very sufficient, nice biscuits, coffee bags instead of instant and a small fridge. Bathroom had an emergency sanitary kit which saved my life. Rooms well sound proofed. Only thing was some of the furniture was a bit chipped and tired, the desk chair I reported to reception as it was very tatty and torn, hence knocked off one star. "

"Our hotel stay was lovely staff very friendly and helpful, our room was on the 4th floor very quiet family room, beds very comfortable & pillows lovely sheets room clean good choice on teas coffees & hot chocolate with biscuits and mint chocolate coins. The TV channel choice was really good. Great location 5 mins walk to New street train station also close to getting the tram and close to the library and Symphony hall, and Victoria Square, we went to visit Black Sabbath bench to pay our respects to Ozzy Osbourne. "Yeah the bull ring and grand central was 5 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t visit the bar as we don’t drink. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet no noise from the outside at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
