Im a Brummie so know the area well. It is part of the Chinese quarter with many Chinese restaurants so occasionally there are commercial bins about waiting collection. The Ibis itself was clean, the staff very welcoming and extremely efficient when my key failed and prevented me accessing the lift to get to my room. Offer also given to accompany me to my room to ensure key was working. Hotel was spotless and the room I had was very quiet

Staff were lovely- nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The only negative was the smell coming from the shower. It was quite strong, but it did dissipate after a while. It did not ruin the stay and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, well located and friendly staff.
This Ibis is in a great central location. We picked this location as we were attending an event nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet. Overall a good stay.
