I highly recommend this hotel, especially for fellow Americans who are used to bigger rooms and bigger beds. This hotel seemed fairly new, clean and everything was perfect. The prices could not be beat and they are within walking distance of 3 major train stations and the tube.

Room was okay, and staff were courteous. But room was very noisy from streets. Propery management does not take any actions for those louitering in front of the hotel late night. Room had a signage to close an air vent on the window - which was placed too high to reach without ladder.

Wonderful stay and the staff was very accommodating when requesting a new room due to the sofa bed being unacceptable due to the springs being felt and with no support. I think the hotel needs to replace the bad ones ASAP as it is unacceptable for a 3rd person to have to sleep on very thin, unsupported spring mattress. Especially since we book for a weeks stay. But like I said, the staff was very accommodating meeting our request to switch rooms. Breakfast was good.
