Hotel charge extra for early check in . Even for like 1.5 hours. Most hotel I went to don’t . Counter lady not really friendly either. Sammy the lady in the restaurant was awesome . Very nice and friendly lady.

Nice room, building work going on around the property which couldn't be helped but meant that it wasn't the best view from the room. The room was booked for 4 people but only had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels which I thought would have been obvious.

AMAZING !!!
This is one of the bet places I have stayed in by far. The room was amazing with many amenities from a dishwasher to microwave. It was spotless. Above all the staff were next to none from reception to the women preparing the breakfast to the domestic staff. My teenage son and I took our bulldog and they could not have been more accommodating. It was right next to the Bullring and everything was on the doorstop. They were wonderfully strict about safety, only allowing people in with a key card. There were also additional touches such as things you could borrow from reception such as board games, hair straighteners to dog bowls. No matter where I travel I will always try to book with Aparthotel first.

The apartment was a great size, I could have easily stayed a lot longer. Nice clean rooms, a useful lounge area, comfy bed, practical kitchen and a refreshing, powerful shower. The Full English Breakfast was good quality.

Excellent hotel - highly recommended!
Excellent accommodation that was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially when we needed to unload a lot of medical luggage and our son’s special needs buggy. Check in and out were quick and easy and the hotel felt very safe and secure with front doors locked at all times and key card needed to access stairs and lifts etc. We had a lovely city view over the bullring and there was hardly any noise at all in the soundproof rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly use it again.
