"It is hard to get to Heathrow hotels using on again/off again shuttles. However upon arriving at Leonardo’s, I was quickly checked in and could relax the rest of the day. Room was quiet, clean and had a kettle! No funny tasting tea coming out of a coffee machine that North American hotels stock in each room."

The transportation via tube couldn’t be more convenient. We were often in direct line to shows and museums without very little change in metro lines if any. "
