Very good situation in a quiet place






A good place to stay if you’re going to a show at Royal Albert Hall ( which we did ) - very convenient short walk. The hotel is next door to Kensington Palace & Gardens as well. The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public.

The rooms smelt like egg, we were on the top floor to begin with which was awful to get up to. The stairs are a killer and very windy. We then complained about our room and first felt like we weren’t believed and the boy receptionist came to check our room and finally believed us. We got moved to ...

Very good situation in a quiet place
Only niggles - lack of relaxation space around pool, distance from Beaconsfield and it’d be good if teenagers could use gym if accompanied by parents
Seperate vegan and gluten free menus with excellent waiter service. Easy check in and simple room access that works first time! A really fantastic hotel.
