Very good situation in a quiet place

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years and whilst I enjoyed my 2 nights I do feel the standard of bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to the previous standards. This hotel is a great place to stay, conveniently located near everything you need. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away. Whole Foods and numerous stores and restaurants are nearby, and the entrance to Hyde Park is close by as well. ...

Comfortable clean room not cold will stay again, did have room service and was a bit disappointed for the cost food was over cooked but then arrived on it way to being cold

Very good situation in a quiet place
Only niggles - lack of relaxation space around pool, distance from Beaconsfield and it’d be good if teenagers could use gym if accompanied by parents
Seperate vegan and gluten free menus with excellent waiter service. Easy check in and simple room access that works first time! A really fantastic hotel.
