The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again. Loved the location of the hotel for shopping. Facilities at the hotel were great. Parking was a bit dodgy - when we went to pick the car up we had to navigate the residents of the staircase and their scary dog!!

Just what was needed. Clean, welcoming, excellent location for transport in to City (and Wembley). Really good value for money, the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly recommend.

Great stay

Great stay, close to overground which was perfect for a concert we were going to at Wembley. Parking was easy. Bedroom basic but that was all we needed for 1 night! Would stay again if ever back for another concert!

Second stay at Leonardo in Watford. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Good black out curtains and double glazing making it very quiet and dark. Will definitely stay again

Great hotel very clean, comfortable beds great breakfast and location. We were visiting Harry Potter world and Wimbledon was a 10 minute walk to rail station and the trains to London were many and often .

Leonardo is always a good choice. The beds are so comfortable, rooms clean and staff always polite.Only downside was that the room wasn't ready when we arrived. But we got to store the bags as we had to leave for Universal studios before our check in time started. Great breakfast although no pancaces or waffles.
