Three Rivers District Trip

Everything was nice.

I have stayed at Riu hotels in Cancun, Madrid, New York, and now London. Unfortunately, London has been the worst of all. We were given 3 towels for 4 people (one towel even had a hole in it), and seemed like they pulled pillows out of king bed to put on sofa sleeper, because we each got 1 flimsy pillow. The tissue holder was empty, and the view was into another buildings wall/ trash bins. We asked to be changed rooms and offered to pay for an upgrade to a room with a better view, but were told none were available until the next day. The only good thing I would say about this hotel was the breakfast was good and breakfast staff was friendly, unlike the lobby check in staff. There’s so many other nice hotels in the area- do that instead. We won’t stay again.

The "double bed" was way too small for two people and I was told that all rooms have the same size bed. There was room for a bigger bed but what we got was a big single.

Conveniently located hotel with a fully stocked little kitchen. Rooms were clean and one small window opened.

The property was in a wonderful location with lots of access, the staff was very kind, and the room was well designed and comfortable
