"Stayed with my daughter for a girls trip, staff were all so helpful! They got all our luggage to our room with ease, we were warmly welcomed after a long day of traveling. The café vouchers are perfect for grabbing a quick bite in the morning. The coffee was good, the yogurt and pastries were all delightful. The front desk even helped secure a taxi for us on departure! It was a seamless, stress-free stay. "

"As a New York hotel we expected a small room, and it was. The bunk beds were wider than usual bunks, and the mattresses and pillows really comfortable. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. So friendly but professional. The shower was magnificent. There were some dust bunnies around the bed frames, but thats nit picking. All the complimentry toiletries were generous in size and excellent quality. We didnt use all the hotel's facilities, but staff couldnt do enough to help when we needed...

"Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, water pressure food and the Air conditioning got cold. Good location to tour all around. Metro-Subway stop close by too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again."

"Hotel is adorable and the staff was generally very friendly. I will say that it is a little difficult to navigate the elevator, at least the first couple of times, and it is not clear how to find the cafe. It’s really a fun place though with a great design for the rooms. Very clean!!!"

My room, while small compared to what I had in Jersey City, is actually fairly spacious for a hotel in the city. They had upgraded me to a room with a beautiful city view.
