A lovely hotel in a great area of Williamsburg super close to all the shops, parks and restaurants. Room was a great size for NYC, with a comfortable bed, balcony and decent sized en suite. Well stocked and varied mini bar, pod coffee maker and quick room service. Breakfast at Leuca was hot and miss depending on the server you had, but we mainly chose to explore the local restaurants and coffee shops for meals as the choice is immense. Would visit Williamsburg and stay here again.

"Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Our night at the hotel was delightful, the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. I truly look forward to our next visit. Thank you again!"

Perfect location on 5th Avenue. Private, quiet and full of old school courtesy from the wonderful staff. If you can afford it, you will be very well looked after

i asked for a great empire view since it was my partner’s first time in NYC and boy did they deliver! We got a room on the 35th floor (3505) and it was probably the best hotel room i’ve ever stayed in when in NYC. incredible view and the hotel is great - both location and comfort are on point! I would
highly recommend it for anyone looking for that extra special stay while in the city

The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

Hotel was great and room was cleaned each day. Service in the bar was painful - asking several times to order a drink and waiting for ages when there was nobody else to be served.

Best hotel I have stayed at in New York from the staff to the gym to the small details they really go above and beyond. It’s pricy but you really are getting a luxury modern experience.
