"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the front desk received my food delivery and helped me with extra sugar and cups. The rooms are smallish but clean. I did have an issue with the shower and the water temperature (mostly hot) but nothing to ruin my travel plans. This area is definitely on the quieter side of the city."

"The Dominick is easily one of the cleanest and most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed at. It offers everything you could want for either a vacation or a business trip. The pool staff provided exceptional service and made the experience truly enjoyable. The front desk team was also top-notch—professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The only negative experience was with one female customer service staff member whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Her tone of voice came across as if she didn't want to be at work, and she spoke to guests in a way that felt dismissive and unpleasant. Aside from that one employee, my stay was outstanding. The Dominick deserves ***** (5 Stars Plus) for its luxury, cleanliness, amenities, and overall guest experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City."
