room was super clean, small but perfect for what we needed. area is loud at night but location is really convenient to public transportation and prospect park. if you ask ahead of time they’ll take your luggage after checkout for a couple hours which was super helpful for us as we had a later flight.

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent size (for NYC!) and really great value. Bonus marks for being near a Target. And the subway!

It was a decent location and affordable. Near the park and public transit. Breakfast was small (bagged breakfast of apple, juice, breakfast sandwich and a muffin). Room was quiet but small.

The hotel room was great. It was small but typical of a New York efficiency hotel. The location was not the best. It was sketchy when walking back from the subway at night. If you plan to use Uber or Lyft for every excursion, then I’d highly recommend this hotel. If you’re using the subway it can feel intimidating. That being said, the New Yorkers we ran into in Brooklyn were pretty cool.

Very cozy and clean. The parking was a little hard, but overall manageable. The area was a little noisy. If you are a person that don’t mind the business this place is for you. Overall, you know, New York is New York. Just be safe around the area if you decide to stay there.

It is a good location and close to bus and subways. The room is small but this is New York. The bed is very comfortable, the shower and air conditioning were good. The staff is nice but service is okay. If you need something it can take awhile. There is very little storage; a few hangers. We had to ask for more. no drawers to put clothes. Overall it was okay.

My room was at the back of the hotel (not facing church ave) so it was nice and quiet. My only complaints are that the elevator was slow to arrive and that my room’s shower didn’t have any shelves for my shower items. Otherwise, upon entry the building smelled very sweet and clean and so did my room. Also nice large tv was a plus.

They will try to charge you a fee to check in early, if you arrive early, but you can request that they do not do that. The rooms are very new and nice and clean. But very small and do not have things such as a microwave or an ironing board. The location is not ideal if you want to get into Manhattan quickly. It takes you about an hour from door-to-door. But for a cheap place to stay that still feels clean then it’s all right.

Very nice staff, extremely clean room. We may have been the first people to sleep in it. and The AC stayed cold! The bed was very hard and that is my only complaint, but we would stay there again for a quick weekend and reasonably priced.

Lots of stores nearby so if you need anything while you’re staying here, you’ll be set. If the sounds of busy streets bother you, you might want to consider a different place to stay. Overall, no serious issues!
