Very clean, very helpful staff, decent size room for NYC, and depending on the side of the building you're on and how high up, a nice view. The water machine in the hallway is very slow though. Might just be the one I used.

Rooms and bed are small but comfortable. Top floor lounge and balcony were lovely. Very convenient location for getting to sites, to subway and to lots of eating choices. We would stay here again.

The property is located super close to Grand Central Station which makes it a great place to stay in if you want to stay close to the Station. I would say that it is a good place to stay if you need to just spend a night to get some sleep and get on your way. It is a bit outdated, the rooms are small, but they do have a table that could be used to get some work done if needed. The restrooms are clean but outdated. Overall not a place to stay for a vacation but good enough for an in-transit night.
