The staff were awesome. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Would come back. Very good location for the airports due to being on East side. Lovely view of Chrysler from the room. Very clean bathroom. Close to many facilities.

The hotel is very beautiful and small. Extremely well located, especially for people going to Connecticut, with Grand Central 5 minutes away. The rooms have a decent size, and the staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean, beautiful, and very well taken care of. The only area of opportunity I would think for this hotel is having housekeepers. There is an extra cost for that service and the hotel is already pricey. Other than that, for sure my next stay will be at the Hotel Boutique.

Great boutique hotel with n central location. Across the street from Grand Central. But also easy walking to much more. I walked home every night on my own from Times Square’s , never felt unsafe.
