I stayed in several hotels over my stay in New York but this is the one I enjoyed the most. The location, close to Korea Town, was vibrant and very central. This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.

Returned to the Peninsula after a few years' hiatus (I had an issue last time). It is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in upper Midtown. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. Central location and enough space to fit a 9 month old baby. All the staff were so lovely especially the cleaning and maintenance staff who always said hello to our little one and were really kind.
