My husband and I came for a concert nearby. We went here because it was the closest restaurant, but man they did NOT disappoint! We gone the broiled seafood and it was ah-mazing!!!

The hallways smell heavily of weed and cigarettes but the room was large, relatively clean and didn’t smell. Some of the fixtures were cracked or broken in the bathroom but the water was hot in the shower and it had good water pressure. The Nostrand subway stop is close by to get to Manhattan. Staff were friendly and nice. Over the hotel was fine. Just needs a refresh. Neigborhood is a little rough and dirty but safe.

The hotel is on a highly trafficked street close to an intersection with two gas stations. The hotel could be better with a little effort. The location is close to many good restaurants and bars. The A train is nearby. Great for JFK and getting into Manhattan. The 4 and the 5 not far away. The bath mat had stains that meant it should have been thrown out. Some lights didn’t work in the room. It’s not terrible, particularly for the price; however, it’s definitely’under-managed’.

The outside of the building looks terrible and when I saw the lobby my immediate reaction was to think that I made a poor choice. However, the room was quite nice. It looked like it had been updated recently. I applaud management for concentrating of the condition of the rooms because that is what is most important to me.

The place looked very modern and chic, however some things were not the cleanest, such as the towels and sheets. They looked very old and dirty. The bed sheets didn’t cover the entire mattress either. Staff was friendly and nice. However, it took a few calls to get more towels up to our room. The location was good as it between JFK and manhattan.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, nice modern bathroom and shower. Gritty neighborhood, Hard to find- not well-marked,parking almost impossible, elevator creaks like it's going to fall apart, once we finally got to the room it was alright.
