What I liked: Parking, good staff and spacious room What I did not like: Heater in room is noisy. Curtains are short and cannot close the whole window. A bit of rust in bathtub.

It was New Year’s Eve and a kid threw up in the pool. Of course they closed and started cleaning , but would not reopen it. Also it took as an hour to check in. There was only one person working and she was there past her shift. I felt terrible for her since the check in line was out the door.

Wonderful hotel near the airport, nice structure with the inner cortyard, trees and pool, and good restaurant, nice room, the only problem was that nobody was at the check-in area when we arrived (at 8:30 pm) and there was no bell to call the staff

My TV did not work my entire stay I called down to front Dess on two different occasions about this issue they sent engineer up he was not able to fix the problem so basically I pay for a room and couldn’t watch the TV how disappointing!
