Our family stayed at the hotel for three days. The location is superb, which is just above all major subway lines. Shopping centers and restaurants are within 2-5 minute walking. We visited universal studio using subways. It was about 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly. Mr. Kenichiro Eto was extremely helpful and helped us book reservations for restaurants and beauty salon. The facility itself needs some upgrade. The room we stayed was a non-smoking room but we smell smoking in the room.

Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. Highly recommend the hotel

This was a spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, comfortable room that was higher end than I was expecting. It is right in the middle of a higher end shopping district, as well. The train station is accessed through the lower floor, and you can walk to so many amazing things nearby. Loved my stay here.
