A very convenient location in New York, and 2 mins from Times Square. Check took a few mins than a regular hotel, but it was a busy time where a lot of people where coming in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us some tips on great places to eat and also to visit. Also the room was available even though we went a few hours earlier than the check-in time.
The only negative thing to say is one towel we got was not clean, other than that everything was great and better than expected from the hotel for the price we paid.
Definitely will recommend to family and friends, and a quick shout to all the staff of ROW NYC who worked during my stay "thank you for making the trip to New York a great one."
This was the first trip to NYC for me and my teenage daughters. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location for navigating the city by tour bus, subway or foot. We feel very safe throughout our stay. Baggage storage on arrival and checkout was easy. About $50 for taxi from airport. Quick walk to Broadway shows. Would definitely recommend for first time visitors and would stay here again.
Very nice hotel and really great and freindly stuff we ever met in Nyc hotels. They treated us very kindly - we arrive early in the morning and they give us the room and stayed untill the flight after check out at the nice and comfortable guest room. Great experience and we recommend this hotel strongly.
Fantastic hotel, very stylish. Great location, just off Times Square. The room was clean and up together. Very comfortable bed.
The only thing was, although very atmospheric, the lighting in the foyer and lifts was just too dark.
Great hotel, would recommend it to anyone.
My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Michelangelo Hotel for our first time in NY. The staff was very friendly and always pleasant to see. When we checked in we were given a queen bed, even though I had booked the executive king room. We went back down to the front desk and it was quickly rectified and we were upgraded to a suite with a king bed because they didn't have the room that we had originally book available. The room was very spacious for New York and very beautiful. I would stay here again if I returned to New York, and I hope I do.
