It was such a beautiful resort. The staff went above and beyond. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The food was amazing and overall a wonderful place.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Great room. OK food. The beach is a sewage! The hotel needs to disclose it! Despite all-inclusive claim we have been asked $8 per person to kayak in this sewage - the personnel claim that this is an environmental tax - what a travesty. Also, although boom boxes are forbidden, no one reacted to the using them at the swim up low-level rooms when the noise clearly affected comfort of the guests in nearby pool. On two instances we were subjected to cigars smoking in the pool or nearby. Again, no reaction from personnel.
