"Check if with the hotel to see if they are done with renovations because there are some floors that are under construction and they don’t tell you about them. We stayed on level 19 and it was okay."

"This is a nice resort but the sales person was unbelievably rude when we told them we’re were not interested in a timeshare. Just would not take no for an answer, borderline abusive! We like Hilton assets but will be reconsidering if we will continue to stay at Hilton facilities in the future. I brought this issue up with the site management team and got a generic empty apology. I booked thru Expedia to avoid the timeshare sham. We were there for 3 nights and the last thing we had time for is some hard sell timeshare presentation. So disappointed with Hilton."

"elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel"

"I experienced plumbing conditions with the bathroom sick as I was brushing my teeth. Unpleasant!"
