they didn't respect my reservations when I get there I asked for my reservation and they say they don't have anything in the computer so I have to look for another hotel in have to do it on my own
This hotel is disgusting! Upon arrival it took us almost an hour to check in! The pictures depict nothing what online shows! We paid to stay in a room with a jacuzzi and were given a double bed with a bath tub! We didn’t even stay 5 minutes! The bed had a burn hole in it and the staff were very rude and not able to accommodate at all! We took a loss here because of the no refund. Save your money their is a lot of great places to stay while in mexico, this is absolutely not one of them!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The ladies at the front desk were fantastic. The parking & luggage attendants were great as well. Breakfast staff need to pay more attention to refilling utensils, bowls & cleaning where the food is. Pool is small but great after a day of exploring. They need to put up spikes for the pigeons as they are making the pool dirty.
Shower water was lukewarm but it is hot in Veracruz so it's tolerable. It also did not drain well. Mild sewage smell. Keep the bin over the floor drain. O had to get the room card reactivated everyday. That was an unnecessary annoyance. The lobby is the only updated area. Rooms are dated. Location is close to the bus station & less than 20 to Centro. Still ok place for the price. If you want the Ritz go ahead and pay a lot more.
Staff are super nice and patient as I do not speak Spanish. Nice place when the room is discounted. Only 15 minute walk to Centro. Close to bus station. Double bed room is small and dated and hard. Cold AC, shower water is lukewarm at best but weather is hot so not a huge deal. Pool is small and needs tiles repaired but was clean. Jacuzzi is not hot. Hotel needs to be renovated. Lobby and restaurant area is the nicest looking area. Continental breakfast was enough food. I decided to stay 2 more nights as it is convenient.
We chose this hotel because every other option was booked over a holiday weekend. It really should be rated as a two-star hotel. It might have been three-star at one time, but it's not kept up and the service is bare-minimum. Could not provide a second key-card for the room. Housekeeping knocks on door even though "do not disturb" sign was on. First day there was no hand towel, second day no bath mat was left. Towels that were left were worn and with holes in them. Shower door had no handle so difficult to open from inside. At least the WiFi worked.
So to begin, the staff kept talking about my Girlfriend in Spanish, they all thought she was a prostitute. For the record she is not, she is just much younger than me. The beds were rock hard, but clean. The restaurant had a nice selection and everything tasted good. The breakfast buffet was very good and gave me a good idea of the local food. Overall I would not stay in this hotel again.
