"I pretty much like everything, except waiting to check in 45 minutes after 3pm because the room wasn’t ready, then they were going to give me a room without balcony after I had already paid for the balcony so I had to wait again, I had to ask for bathrobes and slippers that were supposed to be in the room, no magnifying mirror in the bathroom either, so lack of VIP service with the details, people were very nice, specially Israel at the Blue Bar , he was on it! "The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice. "

"Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity. "

We asked for a menu and were sent to reception. They spoke to the attendant and we were sent back. We decided on dinner and were led into a bar area and ignored. We left and visited one of the many nearby restaurants. "
