I liked it in general. Great location and the staff was very nice, but our room had some issues: no regulator for the AC, no matter what too cold, the TV or maybe the remote control didn’t work, and the sink was super slow.

Nuestra estancia en el Rivoli Select Hotel fue buena en general. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, amplias y contaban con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Como punto a considerar, no cuentan con frigobar ni microondas. La alberca y el gimnasio estaban limpios y accesibles, además de que el hotel cuenta con restaurante, lo cual es práctico. También tiene buena ubicación y el malecón está cerca. El único inconveniente fue que el acceso al automóvil es únicamente mediante valet parking, por lo que si olvidas algo en el carro tienes que solicitarlo al valet. En nuestro caso tuvimos un inconveniente con el auto; aunque no se resolvió en el momento, mantuvieron comunicación y llegamos a un acuerdo.
