We had a great time at this resort. The entire resort was clean and new. The restaurants were great. The pools and beach area were beautiful. We upgraded to the elegance club which we recommend as it opens up much of the resort and provides adult only accommodation. Highly recommend this resort. The staff were amazing. Special mention of the chefs, Sebastian and Giovanni, who met us at every meal as my partner has Celiac Disease. Luis who waited our table at the Italian restaurant for breakfast and lunch most days was great. Eddy at the pool was also a great time.

Absolutely loved the hotel & the service. I Would highly recommend upgrading to the elegance club so if you see the option for the elegance club vs just the regular stay. Loved flavors breakfast & the Mexican restaurant for dinner

This was such an amazing resort to stay at. Top tier service and it is truly beautiful. All day you see workers maintaining the resort. They were on top of everything. The staff were all so nice and accomodating. I wanted to stay longer because of my experience. We will definitely be back to this resort.
