This is a beautiful Resort. The staff were all extremely nice. The food was absolutely delicious. The Hibachi Restaurant was my personal favorite... But again all delicious. The Buffet is one of the best I've had as far as Caribbean Resort. We had an upgraded room with the plunge pool on the roof.. Omg..Worth every cent..To have your own pool was very nice. My only complaint would be is there's no Nightclub..There is a Sports Bar but its not the same as a club...There was children in the Sports Bar past midnight.The beach was amazing everyday. Our Butler Melissa was very nice and helpful All and all I'd say absolutely come here . Its Beautiful it's safe its delicious 😋..

Such a wonderful experience. Restaurants were wonderful, generous portions and delicious. Service everywhere was top notch, all went out of their way to be helpful. Club suite and amenities had us well pampered , 11 pools and gorgeous beach kept us cool. Many swim up bars were generous and well stocked.Would definitely stay again.

The staff was fine, the property has TINY elevators that need serious attention. They smell and are dirty. I have stayed at majestic elegance punta cana years ago, i dont remember it being in that condition. The Spa was great and it was a bright spot of the trip. The food is just so so. The seaweed at the beach had alot of seaweed. The Rooms were also nice. Overall, cleanliness and attemtion to detail would greatly improve guest experience.

2nd time staying on this resort, I love it. If you want to go into Cancun proper this is not the place for you. But if you want a quiet getaway with great food then this is the place. Only bad thing this trip was they did not have any pizza for room service sadly. Either way I will go again.

I recently spent 7 days at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres with my son, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a lovely view of the ocean. The pools and beach areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of space for relaxation and fun. The only thing I would do differently next time is opt for the teen package instead of the adult package, as some of the restaurants were adult-only. This limited our dining options a bit, but the food we did have was delicious. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway.

Our 16th wedding anniversary very well spent we enjoyed everything they had to offer we had the plunge pool suite and received VIP access and amazing treatment all over the resort everything was taken care of anytime we asked our only suggestion maybe to invest in some better quality sushi for kubbuki the night we are there rice was cold sushi looked as though it had just been defrosted. Check in took way too long, so many forms to fill, passport per person, was person to get chip. Didn’t give us all things that we had access too like download app so we know daily activities, didn’t communicate with us that you must be in room to get your luggage even though the person took our bags and had our ticket. Called the butler and went to desk and after 2 hours and 45 min I went myself and grabbed my bags. Kids were ready to enjoy and change to their swim suit and baby needed food! Everytime we asked for luggage they said it was on its way. I feel we missed on activities we figured it out on third day. Do like it’s clean, it’s safe, lot of food options, and the resort was nice. I had vip butler to answer questions but didn’t really get everything we could have done more activities had I known kids had more options.

Beautiful resort , staff was amazing. Food was absolutely perfect for a resort and very quiet. Perfect for couples vacation. Spa is awesome as well . We stayed during hurricane and it well organized and prep well although the resort shut down early we had all necessity and arrangements felt very safe. We will have are wedding here next year and very excited to come back
