Pros: Beautiful hotel installations. Easy access to photos with characters. Water park is nice and fun.
Cons: Although it is supposed to be a VIP hotel the basic hotel services are pretty bad. They include one cleaning service of your room per day. We stayed 5 days and they only cleaned one time. We called several times to request cleaning services, they made excuses and did not appear. They never prepared the additional beds that came with the bedroom (sofa bed and murphy bed) again we asked for the service and never did it.
Aqua park is nice but they are kicking you out and closing the different sides of the park from 5:20 pm (it is supposed to be until 6 pm). Shows are good but always start late. You are not self dependent to move easily within the property, you need to take transportation to go to the lobby, to the park, to the rooms. Buses chairs are wet all the time, and you have to wait sometimes more than 15 min to get one. Food can be better in some of the restaurants, also the staff service was just OK. You have to wait in line to get a table although the restaurants were empty, but understaffed. Checkin and checkout are a nightmare, you can spend more than 45 minutes in line. It is overpriced, more expensive than Disney VIP hotels. The shop store is very expensive, an small regular toy was ~$70 - $80 USD. Overall it was not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend this resort.
