Food and dining was truly commendable with a fantastic buffet spread which is serviced by a very courteous and professional team. "Room was clean and very well maintained. The dining experience was wonderful with plenty of vegetarian options. All the staff members were very friendly and courteous. Balakrishnan, Meryl, Keith, Shankar and Kennedy were extremely helpful and ensured all our needs were well taken care of. You have amazing staff working for you. That said, I found the General Manager Illa Prabhu's people skills to be unacceptable. I found her frequently yelling at her staff members in front of guests. This happened multiple times. I rarely found her smiling or greeting customers. Besides that, my experience staying at WelcomHotel was amazing. Kudos to the entire staff."
