"Wonderful stuff.especially the stuff in the reception.They helped us with every request.the room service were also very helpful. The room was comfortable and we had a great view to the canal. "

Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. "Everything was mostly good. I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV.
