The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat. The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient. The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great. The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe. The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai

Amazing property, friendly staff gave me complementary upgrade to pool villa room, great breakfast buffet. Even though a “noisy” / busy hotel, rooms are very insulated so it never bothers you and you don’t hear it. Would stay again for sure, as long as you don’t mind being in JVC area and willing to take cars slightly longer drive toward palm, marina, business bay etc
