"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! 🌟 The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room had fabulous views across the city, including the spectacular Museum of the Future, which made our stay extra special. Having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room was also a real bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 😊"

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Al Jafliya Metro and Bus stand! Jumeirah and Le Mer Beach are about a 5 minute taxi ride away. Dubai Museum of the Future is about 20 minutes walk away or 2 stops away on the metro.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. With the metro it's very easy to get anywhere. 2minz walk from hotel and you'll find a papa johns if you don't want to eat at the restaurat, Starbucks and many other restaurants along this road. A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. We booked a King Summerhouse and was allocated Room 4 Villa 14 (overlooking the waterway). The room itself was spacious and clean. The reason I marked cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 is...
