Sublime Property, Service and location

Was an amazing experience

Excellently maintained and tastefully decorated. Courteous and friendly staff who are an example to the industry. Great location in the heart of the DIFC village. And a handwritten welcome note from the hotel manager!

The best feature of the Ritz DIFC is the staff. We had a lovely 3 day stay and the staff really made it extra special for us. I am 7 months pregnant with our second and we have a 2.5 year old too. They could not have been more accommodating towards him. They do not have a kids room but it didn't seem to matter as he was free to to roam about the hotel and everyone was incredibly friendly. The room itself was lovely - possibly a little bit crowed with the three of us as there was quite a lot of...

Beyond perfect on all fronts, encapsulated by extremely professional and attentive staff. Faultless and deeply impressive. Thank you!

What an amazing experience i had with me and my family, would recommend to anyone. Chaild friendly, suresa was very helpful with my luggage and helped me order a people carrier to the airport. Eleanor and Ingyin at the reception were extremely helpful and made our stay easy as possible. The pool was cool even July. Service 10/10 , experience 10/10

It is a great location and a nice hotel for families. For smaller children, there is a playground.

Great location and staff, would recommend!

Really friendly, helpful staff and great location.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

Just an amazing stay so friendly and attentive staff. Excellent value for the price! Clean modern and great location.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Unbelievable hotel, everything was just 10/10. From the room to the food absolutely stunning. Best hotel I’ve stayed in

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...
