"Alright, when you first get there it’s a lot that’s happening but the front desk had a little mess initially when one of their workers told me that I was staying at another hotel that was linked together however ended up walking back embarrassed because it said Hilton.. nevertheless when the staff kind of notice that frustration they jumped right away! Juan, Hassan and the staff that recognized me from the day to day and night yo night in and out the hotel I was doing they were truly the best...

Hotel newly opened, facilities second to none - but not if you're a technophobe! (no light switches). Great to be part of larger complex including internal waterways and golf buggy type transportation around a vast site. Hotel right next door to Burj Al Arab, with many rooms having direct view of prominent Dubai skyline feature. Separate adult pool was a big plus.

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. We booked a King Summerhouse and was allocated Room 4 Villa 14 (overlooking the waterway). The room itself was spacious and clean. The reason I marked cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 is...

Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

I think the atmosphere in this hotel is on another level. If you don’t like people and great service then this is not the place for you. It is busy and the service is excellent, it was my second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Great ambiance.
