"Decent location, with 5-7 min drive to Dubai mall. Nearest Metro station is Business Bay which is 15-20 min walk. Also there is Almaya supermarket downstairs. But the Apartment is poorly maintained. Untidy and dirty linen, filthy floor cushions that you don't feel like even touching them. Bathroom floor mat was full soaking wet and soiled at the time of check-in.
