The hotel was in an excellent position to access the Burj and surrounding attractions. The staff in all areas were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast area was very organised and efficient. The rooms were clean and our room was an upgrade to a Burj view which was lovely. Concieage was very helpful in ordering taxi services and guiding us on where and how best to get to the areas we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel we felt it was good value for money.

Great location - Business Bay. Clean and staff are helpful. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and it was excellent. Less staff at night and if you have an early flight, it a problem getting services for your luggage fast. Overall a great hotel

The Filipina receptionist named Anna was very unpleasant to us from the beginning. She did not speak with due respect. Apart from that, they destroyed my dry-cleaned shirt that cost me 500 euros and brought us a compensation massage for only half an hour. Inappropriate. Very disappointed.

Everything was perfect for a five day vacation. Excellent location, with a twenty minute walk to the Dubai Mall and restaurants. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.
