"My hotel was conveniently located at and walk-in distance to public transportation if needed concierge was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The staff was very friendly and kind. There was great dining options there was even a nightclub in a hotel that was convenient. We had a great time so overall this hotel was excellent."

It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.
