went as a group of 12, seeing my sister and her family after 8 months. we had 5 rooms booked for us all. The main request we had was to be on the same floor, the hotel said that's fine we will be able to sort that for you. we got there and they said 2 of the rooms will not be available till 4pm, and check in is 2pm. then we got 2 of the rooms after a 13 hour flight we had to wait around uncomfortable all in one room. got the other two room and it was awful. one of the rooms someone had smoked inside so it stank, another room the bath was leaking all over the bathroom floor, the third one the iron popped on me whilst i was ironing a shirt. the other two rooms were no where near the standard they should be. the manager said she would give us a discount at the end of the stay. we checked out at 11:30pm on Saturday and the staff were extremely rude, they said we dont know who told you this but theres no discount. I would stay well away from this hotel. the staff are awful the rooms are nasty and i dont understand how they call themselves a 5star hotel. shocking and has put me off going back to dubai.

I had the worst experience ever. Who would believe that the hotel staff at the front desk will steal the customer and charge their credit card without approval from the cardholder? I paid everything at the checkout and paid cash for all the extra charges, however, I was surprised that I was charged the amount that I paid cash after 10 hours from the checkout!!!! The credit card that they used wasn’t the same one I paid for the deposit at the check-in, it was a different one that I used for purchasing food and drinks at the bar. Two different accounts. When I emailed them they denied and when I showed a copy of my statement they called and tried everything you could imagine just to get themselves out of it. It took like 3 days of calling back and forth and they never refund my money 290$. Be careful and double-check and NEVER trust them.

We really enjoyed our trip to Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded and receive the Club Lounge services. Staff was always polite, ready to help, specially Ann, Snow, Ahmed and housekeeping staff, receptionists. It’s a place where we would come back!!!

Property was great, amazing location just down the street from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! Staff from the Front Desk Agent Mohammed to Bellman Benjamin to Housekeeper Anil all those guys were exceptional in our stay!! Would definitely recommend and I would book again!!
