"Good hotel with good location. Was extremely disappointed as when we arrived as checkin time was 3pm , we didn’t get our room till 6 pm. A waste/loss of 3 hrs. Tried calling Expedia , who are not interested in helping or calling a customer once you have paid . As for the Hotel , priority is given to locals who are checking in than the visitors. As locals were coming in and without much delay they would get their rooms. Very bad service from Expedia"

"My experience at Paramount was far best ever. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Location, city view. The swimming pool was on 64 floor with a magical view.
