I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Superb location, near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The sky view infinity pool on floor 54 was a unique experience and my wife enjoyed the spa very much.

The best feature of the Ritz DIFC is the staff. We had a lovely 3 day stay and the staff really made it extra special for us. I am 7 months pregnant with our second and we have a 2.5 year old too. They could not have been more accommodating towards him. They do not have a kids room but it didn't seem to matter as he was free to to roam about the hotel and everyone was incredibly friendly. Lovely value. Amazing location close to the metro literally by metro and lovely restaurants and stores close by. Will definitely stay again. Free breakfast and staff were amazing. View from the room to die for.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. Greatly enjoyed the stay for 3 nights with this hotel. We bring 3 kids who are also satisfied with all the facilities including poor, 2 bed rooms and delicious restaurants. It was also notable to remember of the hospitality the staff shared with us.
