"The lady who checked us in was so polite and friendly. We had a great conversation with her. She could also see on our booking notes that I requested for a late check-out on the day of our departure due to our flight being at night. She promised a 4pm check-out time which was so appreciated by us. Our room was spotless, spacious and just beautiful. It was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay for us.
