Was an amazing experience

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Excellently maintained and tastefully decorated. Courteous and friendly staff who are an example to the industry. Great location in the heart of the DIFC village. And a handwritten welcome note from the hotel manager!

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. All the staff extremely helpful and facities 10 out of 10

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]
