Awesome hotel. Incredible staff, eager to help and always available with a smile, especially Mustafa and the rest of the team at the front desk. Nice facilities, the AC in the rooms is amazing (maybe too good), fast WiFi. Right next door to the Mazaya shopping centre for necessities and a convenient location to get to the Burj, Dubai Mall, etc. For Kosher travelers, it's a 1 minute walk from Cafe Bibi/Fantastico and a 15 minute walk from Mosaica. Overall an incredible stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was massive and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in perfect order. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. For the price this was a great place to stay. Really friendly staff. Got upgraded to a burj view room although I'm glad i didnt pay extra for it because the window was filthy so couldnt see clearly. Plus lets face it, you just go see it anyway, not sit in a room looking at it. I'd recommend a stay here. Its attached to a shopping mall too which was handy.
