Property near all the sites downtown. Check-in took a little bit but staff was very friendly sky and helpful. They printed visas via email and had ready in nice envelope in the morning and arranged transportation back to hotel. Staff made travel much easier

We upgraded to a suite and the room was very spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet area was nice but there could have been a few more options. The location of the hotel was conveniently located close to the Dubai Mall, Metro station, and Burj Khalifa, but we found the area directly around the hotel lacking in restaurants and amenities.

I want to thank the staff for the unexpected, but appreciated, room upgrade. One suggestion: there was a nice fancy coffee machine in the suite, but it was tricky to use. A print-out of simple instructions would have been great!
