My family and I enjoyed a very lovely stay at The St Regis. The staff are super friendly and the overall level of service was exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and the butler service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel in the downtown area of Dubai. It is close to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. However, there were MAJOR flaws in the room. 1) There was absolutely NO outlets for plugging in the dryer or hair ironing in the bathroom by the mirror. The only outlets were near bed which was FAR from mirror or on the desk by the telephone which had NO mirror. Whoever designed the outlets in the room DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING about accessibility for the ladies to use the dryer and hair ironing. 2) Another MAJOR flaw were the switches to turn on the lights. The only switch for the bathroom was near the door. There was a switch by the bedside but it only turned on the light in the room area; and not the bathroom (specially the toilet room). In the middle of night, the toilet is pitch black unless you walk to the entrance and find the only switch for the bathroom. This was a MAJOR FLAW.
