There was almost never drinking water in bottles at the point where towels are issued for the beach!!! How can there be no water (several days in a row) in a 5-star hotel????

Overall thought the property was excellent clean well laid out room was nice and clean staff servicing the room were excellent Breakfast was superb choice excellent could do with another Egg station service was slow due to demand One let down was the service around the beach area thought person in charge at beach bar was a little rude and service to beach chairs was very very slow
