Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this amazing five-star hotel, and I can’t express how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Aynoor, the front desk manager, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. The hotel itself is stunning – the food was delicious, the pool and beach areas were beautiful, and the lounge was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. An almost perfect hotel stay in terms of grandeur, space, clean, convenience & lively. All facilities (spa, gym, rooms, penthouse) were great & most staff were fantastic, helpful & friendly. But the Black female host at the FIVE beach restaurant & some of the security were unfriendly & bullish about not letting guests walk through the "dance party" to get to the private beach when the main alleyway was blocked. They made me feel like an intruder when they should have checked the room key for ID or provided a different access from hotel to the beach. Also there is no large swimming pool only spa pools where the IG guests pose for photos. One pool was closed.I won't be put off & will go back & hope for better because the majority of staff were the best I ever met,they deserve the highest praise but they were just let down by a few.

Upscale and luxurious. Everything is available. You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc. Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone. Valet was very experienced and not a single scratch on my RAM TRX (oversized pickup). luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first). Reception was easy to communicate with. The pool is a one of a kind experience, and so is the beach. rooftop for dinner is also amazing. This place is a vacation in itself. go for it! not for families as can be noisy.
