So good we went again
Truly amazing hotel, top service and food. A little on the pricey side especially if half board and have to pay supliments, but it is Dubai and excellent quality. I doubt the hotel is eco friendly in terms of energy use, hence only giving average rating for that, but I could be wrong

We confirmed our arrival time for 16:00. Room was not ready till 17:00. Requested an anniversary cake and bottle of Prosecco and only recieved the cake ? Mini bar only had one tonic and two gins so had to ask for room service to bring an additional order Inova which took 45 minute’s

Superb hotel. Superb for families with young kids
Amazing hotel. Wonderful service. Immensely clean and well presented - as new despite it being there for 6 years now. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. Very accommodating. The quality of food was exceptional. For what is clearly a high end hotel probably more tailored for adults, they are very welcoming of children and I was very pleased that our kids had a thoroughly enjoyable time here. From ice lollies by the pool, being given buckets and spades on the beach to the kids club, the hotel goes above and beyond for children.

Fantastic hotel. I checked in very late so no idea when they gave me a room beside building work. It’s a gorgeous room but right beside where they are building a new hotel 24/7 I couldnt accept. However I was moved & was happy. Should they not have done this in the first instance. Great hotel with fantastic helpful staff.
