"Great stay, very large room, we had 3bd. Breakfast was good as well, not many options but were good, and you can order eggs the way you want, service was great. Location is good, but construction going on in the area makes it a little difficult sometimes going in and out."

"Very lovely staff. However, in one of the restaurants the soup served had worms in it. We were comped a meal in another restaurant as a result, but this was a serious issue. We were also charged twice for using the minibar and had to point this out to the hotel."

"Staff were fantastic. So welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Location nicely located for World Trade Center. 10 mins walk. Good on site facilities. First room given bathroom let it down but staff were very responsive and helped us move rooms. Overall hotel very clean and good front lobby lounge area, cafe grab and go and restaurant and bar on ground floor. Rooftop bar and swimming pool and terrace was also very good."
