"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...
