"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "

"This is a big, modern high rise, that is oriented towards a long stay business clientele, but also offers nightly rates. There is a rooftop pool which is very nice with a panoramic view of the city. The gym is also ok, but could use a better selection of equipment. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable."

"The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there.
